Longshan Pipe Solution Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995, with its professional technical and manufacturing capability, the company has developed into one of the prime manufacturers in pressure pipe component industry. The company mainly produces butt-welded pipe fittings, flanges, and welded pipes, and has obtained TS special equipment manufacturing license (prefabricated pipes) in 2020. The company is committed to providing customers with service of coordinated process.

The company has ISO standard quality system certification, PED EU pressure pipeline component certification, and license of manufacturing special equipment for People's Republic of China, etc. Since 1995, year of establishing, the company has been approved by customers like CNPC, Sinopec, Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical, Shell, Thai Petroleum, and BP etc. This grants the company accumulated project management experience thus to provide better services to customers.

Production Capability

We can provide pipe fittings with diameters from DN 15 (1/2”) to DN3800 (150”), wall thicknesses from 5s to 150mm, and our product covers various grades of material: carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex Stainless steel, nickel alloy steel, aluminum alloy steel, titanium alloy steel, etc. Our products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, shipping, metallurgy, electricity, food, pharmaceutical, machinery and other industries both domestic and abroad. Products can be manufactured according to GB, HG, SH, SY, DL, ISO, ANSI/ASME, MSS, JIS, EN, AS and other related standards. Or we can provide customized manufacturing service according to client’s drawing to meet the demand of different industries and designs.

The company obtained the CNAS laboratory certification in 2020, and has sufficient personnel qualifications, equipment qualifications and experimental capabilities to test and inspect various products to meet customer’s needs.
